POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a Handyman who is a dedicated and professional facility maintenance with ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance. This person will perform a variety of duties including but not limited to underkeep and repairing tasks at the interior and/or exterior of company premises. This individual has attention to detail and some customer assistance and service are required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Performs facility maintenance and light repairs
- Changing light bulbs and ensuring other fixtures and fittings are in good working order
- Undertake minor installation, plumbing, and carpentry
- Install of sheet rock, tile, and countertops
- Clearing or cleaning general areas
- Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
- Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g., shoveling dirt)
- Identify and report the need for major repairs
- Shifting furniture or equipment
- Maintaining property exterior through the different seasons.
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

- Elite level of customer service, to ensure we continue to be the FirstCall our customers make for their HVAC & Refrigeration needs
ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
This position reports to the local service manager, and has a responsibility to the entire service team and all of our customers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a handyman or contractor
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems
- Basic math skills and good communication skills
- Able to follow verbal and written directions (English)
BEHAVIORAL PROFILE

Environmental Requirements
Will be required to work in a field environment, traveling to multiple customer sites on a daily basis.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job:,
the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard, reach with hands and arms.
The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit.
The employee is continually required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
