POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking an experienced Service Lead Electrician to join the fast-growing C2H Air and Electric Team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills, as well as a high level of customer service
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Follow direction of the Electrical Service Manager and dispatch team
- Inspect and troubleshoot electrical issues for commercial, industrial, and residential clients
- Install or replace electrical equipment and components as necessary
- Install conduit and conductors as necessary
- Communicate to clients and service coordinator the status and materials used for service calls and projects daily
- Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, and be on-call as required
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Continual learning and development in the body of knowledge through FirstCall Academy, to ensure we set the bar for skill level in the industry
- Elite level of customer service, to ensure we continue to be the FirstCall our customers make for their HVAC & Refrigeration needs
ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
This reports position to the local Industrial Electrical Department Manager, and has a responsibility to the entire electrical team and all of our customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the commercial industrial and residential electrical field
- Able to troubleshooting lighting controls, outlets & switches of varieties
- Knowledge of Hi voltage 277 volts and up, VFD’s, Motors (Multivolt Options)
- Knowledge of residential and commercial electrical codes
- Any certifications are a plus (OSHA 10/30, Lift, Etc.)
- Proficient at reporting procedures

Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Mental stamina for problem solving and prioritizing multiple tasks.
Environmental Requirements
Will be required to work in a field environment, traveling to multiple customer sites on a daily basis.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job:

The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit.
The employee is continually required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
