Client location and schedule hours:
Female client located in the Belle Meade are. Schedule is Monday - Friday 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Job Responsibilities:
Social History: Client is an 84yo female. She has no dementia and is mobile without her walker but family is concerned she is a fall risk. 3 large dogs in Daniel's home.

Job Responsibilities:
Social History: Client is an 84yo female. She has no dementia and is mobile without her walker but family is concerned she is a fall risk. 3 large dogs in Daniel's home.
Diagnoses: Pancreatic cancer , She has no dementia.
Goals & Objectives: Family's greatest concern is that she gets her insulin shots as prescribed-she does need help but dosages are pre-measured.
ADL's: Mobility: Mobile without a walker. Is a little unstable at times. May need to be reminded to use her cane.
Toileting: She wears depends but knows when she needs to use the bathroom and can go herself. Likes privacy when possible.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience as an in-home Caregiver, CNA or related experiences with a loved one of family member
Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal language
Valid Driver's License and adequate auto insurance
Consent to criminal, elder abuse, motor vehicle and sex offender background checks
Consent to drug and alcohol testing
TB test
Salary : $15 - $17
