- Communicate repair details with technicians and update customers on repair status.
- Manage appointments and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Follow up with customers post-repair to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain high CSI
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
- Perform other tasks as requested
- Service Advisor experience is preferred
- Good customer service, communication and organizational skills
- Team participant with a good work ethic
- Must have an understanding of body shop operations and repair processes
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Driver's license and insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
