Responsibilities - Auto Sales:
- Help customers select and purchase a vehicle. Bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude to work every day!
- Answer internet and phone requests for vehicle pricing, availability, etc., and schedule appointments to meet in the dealership
- Greet customers and identify the vehicle in inventory that meets their needs
- Explain features and demonstrate operational performance on test drives
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Present pricing and complete paperwork
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Keep abreast of inventory, new products, features and more
- Prospect for new customers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and self-motivated to succeed with good computer and social media skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
- Commission-based and salary-based positions are available with $100,000 performance driven potential income!
