- Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to suit their needs and preferences.
- Greet and engage with customers, offering expert guidance on available options.
- Highlight key features and provide demonstrations of vehicle operation during test drives.
- Lead customers through a proven sales process to successfully close deals.
- Present transparent pricing, explain financing options, and efficiently complete all necessary paperwork.
- Follow up with customers to foster lasting relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure every customer enjoys a premium, seamless buying experience from start to finish.
- Proactively prospect for new customers to expand our client base.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not required. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales! If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide!
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, customer interaction, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to effectively present pricing, financing options, and vehicle features to customers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
