Responsibilities - Sales Associate:
- Help customers select and purchase a vehicle. Bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude to work every day!
- Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
- Follow proven steps to close deals
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect for new customers
- Build and maintain a book of business
- Meet sales goals
- Strong communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude, desire to learn, and professional appearance
- Sales experience is a plus but not required. We train for success!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- $70,000 - $175,000 performance-driven income!
