- Guide customers through the auto repair / maintenance process, advise customers on options and costs, schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work and more.
- Greet customers and offer special promotions
- Follow vehicle status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
- Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
- Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer to assure all concerns are addressed
- Maintain high CSI scores and provide a completely satisfied customer experience
- Experience is preferred
- General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
- A positive attitude, good customer service and communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Good work ethic, computer skills, professional appearance
