As our busy Service Centers continue to grow, we’re looking for Service Advisors/Service Writers who excel in customer service and can confidently guide customers through their vehicle repair needs.

Strong customer service skills are a must. If you have experience in RV, Powersports, Marine Dealerships, or service franchises like Firestone, Goodyear, or Express Lube & Oil Change, that’s a plus—but not required!

Responsibilities - Service Advisor:

• Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
• Greet customers and inspect their vehicle
• Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs
• Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
• Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
• Upon completion of work, review work order with customer to assure all concerns are addressed
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
  
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:

• Experience as a Service Advisor or Quick Service Advisor is a PLUS
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
• CDK experience a plus
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Strong written and communication skills
• Consistent and stable work history
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Great organizational skills
