Responsibilities – Service Advisor:

• Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer special promotions, and schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
• Follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and excellent customer service skills
• Other duties may be assigned
  
  
  

Qualifications – Service Advisor:

• MUST HAVE Auto Service Advisor EXPERIENCE!!
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus!
• Good computer, customer service and communication skills
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
