- Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise them on service options and costs, schedule service, and much more.
- Greet customers, answer questions, offer additional services and products, including special promotions
- Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work
- Keep customers informed of changes
- Review completed work order with customer and ensure they are satisfied
- Maintain high CSI scores
- Required: Bilingual with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Prefer Automotive Service Advisor and Dealership experience
- Basic automotive operational knowledge is preferred
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
