Milea Buick GMC Subaru is HIRING NOW for an experienced full-time Janitor/Property Custodian to help keep our dealerships and service departments clean and organized.
As our Janitor/Property Custodian, you’ll be responsible for keeping our dealership in top shape—inside and out. Your day-to-day work will include cleaning and maintaining our showrooms, offices, restrooms, and service bays, ensuring that every space is spotless and inviting. You’ll handle tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal while also keeping outdoor areas, including sidewalks and parking lots, well-maintained. Additionally, you’ll restock cleaning supplies, assist with light maintenance duties, and make sure our facilities remain a safe and welcoming place for both customers and employees.

- Keep dealership property clean and safe
- Manage routine upkeep of designated spaces both inside and outside of the facility daily, which includes restrooms, offices, conference rooms, parking lot, public waiting areas, as well as trash removal and some light snow removal, etc.
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities doing minor repairs where necessary
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Prior janitorial, custodial, or property maintenance experience required
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Uses his/her time effectively and efficiently
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced environment
