- Support the Sales Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the sales department
- Assist in managing and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and department-wide goals
- Help ensure a smooth and efficient sales process for customers
- Train and develop sales staff, providing coaching and guidance to enhance performance
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
- Help monitor and manage customer inquiries and leads to ensure timely follow-up
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies and campaigns
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues
- Track and report sales performance, making recommendations for improvements
- Support the Sales Manager in maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing retail motorcycle sales
- Collaborate with other departments, including Finance and Service, to improve the overall customer experience
- Other duties, as assigned
- At least one year of experience in sales or a related role preferred (automotive, retail, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Current, valid motorcycle license (preferred)

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
- Must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug screening
