CRM familiarity is a plus.

- Build rapport to understand customer needs and preferences
- Demonstrate Harley-Davidson motorcycles and highlight key features
- Guide customers through the sales process, including financing and insurance options
- Stay up to date on Harley-Davidson products, promotions, and events
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Goal oriented, pleasant, and self-motivated to succeed with great sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Sales Experience and Motorcycle Knowledge is required!
- Motorcycle experience is preferred
- Self-motivated – we look for personality, tenacity, reliability, and coachability
- Basic computer and social media skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license with Motorcycle endorsement is required
- Can lift 50 lbs. and comfortable moving/learning to move heavy weight Harley-Davidson motorcycles
