- Assess and anticipate HR-related needs and communicate to business leaders proactively, seeking to develop solutions aligned to business objectives and mission, vision and values.
- Understand business priorities and translate them into an HR plan that supports the business
- Drive data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement a proactive strategy for recruitment and retention of employees
- Consult with leadership regarding termination decisions while working closely with VP HR, HR Dir. and counsel
- Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing high-performing employees.
- Support talent assessments, succession planning, and career development initiatives to ensure strong talent pipelines
- Administering employer-sponsored benefits, workers' compensation, and wellbeing programs.
- Maintaining accurate employee records in HR systems and ensuring data integrity.
- Processing payroll using established systems and practices as assigned.
- Developing and implementing internal learning and development programs.
- Guide managers in performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and improvement plans.
- Manage employee relations issues including disciplinary action, conflict resolution, performance management and investigations while providing expert guidance to resolve issues, mitigate risk and ensure legal compliance
- Facilitate discussions to evaluate compensation, consult on role classification, promotions and other compensation changes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipate legislation. This includes DOL changes, FLSA classification, unemployment documentation, audits, etc.
- Partners with teams on learning and development initiatives to deliver training that supports employee growth and leadership development
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvements in HR systems, processes, and services.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related field required
- 6 years' Human Resources experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Experience with Human Resource Management software

This is a Hybrid position, requiring in-person meetings, weekend and evening work as required, and overnight travel.
Acting as a key liaison between HR and business operations, the HRBP will offer guidance and support that directly impacts organizational effectiveness and overall performance. The HR Business Partner will provide consultative guidance and coaching to leaders and employees on human resources related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives. The HRBP is a highly visible, hands-on customer-focused strategic partner. The HRBP will provide guidance on talent management, employee relations, Talent Acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, Benefits and other areas as needed.
The HR Business Partner reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.
