Location: Lindon, UT
Your Impact:
Selected candidates will be tasked with the profitable expansion of our class leading ethernet network through direct contact with key decision makers & influencers with new and our existing customers. Ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills. They should be comfortable multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to consistently manage the customer life cycle. Our goal is to delight our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, new & existing customers with new opportunities to increase wallet share or upsell within your assigned book of business & hit quota
- Work cross functionally within the organization to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
- Prepare for in office collaboration with Customer Service being our core lead source
- Accurately track and record daily activities, conversations & metrics
- Understand and keep up to date with industry trends and local competitive landscape
Basic Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills and ability to communicate via phone, email, Web-ex or other video conferencing programs as needed
- Demonstrate history of success in managing customers & prospecting for new customers
- Experience in a fast-paced, high tech growth business environment
- Proficient in SalesForce.com, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office
- Understanding of Internet, Cloud, Fiber services
