The specialist works closely with various teams to maintain high-quality data that supports business operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Updates - Accurately input, update, and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, and enterprise systems. Maintain standard system formats.
- Data Validation & Quality Control - Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates to ensure data accuracy.
- Data Cleansing - Regularly audit and clean data to maintain integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Reporting & Analysis - Assist in generating reports and extracting insights from data sets.
- Security & Compliance - Follow data governance policies to ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Collaboration - Work with internal teams (IT, sales, finance, HR) to ensure accurate data usage.
- Documentation - Maintain detailed records of data processes, updates, and quality control measures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma, associate’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
