Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst that can multi-task and quickly adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing, and growing business environment.  We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to develop reports and dashboards, provide insights based on the data, and perform in-depth analysis on sales and commissions data. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, have excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze commission statements and data, identify trends/inconsistencies, pull insights, and summarize in reports that can be used for further research and tracking

• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in commission data along with actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track commission payouts and performance.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and presentations to support management decision-making.

• Maintain logic and refresh data for weekly/monthly reporting.
• Organize policy and commission data into presentation-ready reports.
• Perform analysis using company’s key metrics and create tracking/reporting, where needed.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Good time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
• Perform analysis on and manipulate large datasets.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
