FirstFleet, Inc. is seeking an experienced inside claims adjuster for our Murfreesboro, TN corporate office
to Investigate, Evaluate and Settle Casualty Claims in Partnership with FirstFleet's Third Party Administrator
Key Responsibilities :
- Claims management of all high value BI / PD and litigated claims.
- Reporting / Review / Approval of TPA loss reserves and settlement authority.
- Review TPA status reports with an eye to prompt settlement and avoidance of unnecessary litigation.
- Control litigation costs by monitoring DC responsiveness.
- Work with Risk team, TPA and DC in timely response to Answers, RFP, Interrogatories, Etc.
- Attend / Participate in mediation.
- Provide regular updates to the Director of Risk / VP Safety Risk
- Maintain State Licenses.
- Pursue continuing education for furtherance of knowledge specific to Risk Management, Transportation, Insurance and Litigation Management
