Fleet Dispatcher-Trucking

FirstFleet is a national trucking company with 2500 trucks. Our Yulee, FL facility is in need of a temporary Fleet Dispatcher

Schedule will be as follows: Thursday 11am-5pm, Friday 5a-5p, Saturday 5a-5p, Sunday 5a-5p.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Dispatch with tracking and scheduling of Drivers & Freight
• Customer communications
• Phone & Email Communication
• Monitoring Hours of Service
• Monitoring inbound paperwork
• Experience with TMW preferred but not required

Job Requirements

• Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Windows)
• TMW system knowledge preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be a self-starter with high standards
• Min 1 year Trucking Dispatch preferred

pay based on experience

Pre-employment drug screen required

Job Type: Temporary

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift

Experience:

• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
