What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet Dispatcher position at FirstFleet Inc?
FirstFleet is a national trucking company with 2600 trucks. Our Delaware, OH facility is in need of a night Fleet Dispatcher
This is a Full Time, Night Time position
5:00 pm-5:00 am / Sun, Mon, Tue - every other Sat -
(Rotating 3 day & 4 day work weeks)
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- tracking and scheduling of Drivers & Freight
- Customer communications
- Email Communication
- Telephone Communication
- Monitoring Hours of Service
- Monitoring inbound paperwork
- Experience with TMW preferred but not required
Job Requirements
- Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Windows)
- TMW system knowledge preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Min 1 year Trucking Dispatch preferred
pay based on experience
Pre-employment drug screen required
