FirstFleet is a national trucking company with 3000 trucks. Our Fort Smith, AR facility is looking to hire a Fleet Manager (dispatcher)
This is a Full Time position, overnight shift - Noon-9 PM
Monday-Friday
responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Dispatch with tracking and scheduling of Drivers & Freight
- Customer communications
- Payroll and Billing Management
- Customer reports
- Email Communication
- Telephone Communication
- Monitoring Hours of Service
- Monitoring inbound paperwork
- Experience with TMW preferred but not required
Job Requirements
- Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Windows)
- TMW system knowledge preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Min 1 year Trucking Dispatch preferred
pay based on experience
Pre-employment drug screen required
