FirstFour Staffing has partnered with a reputable organization that is seeking to add an Information Technology Support Specialist to their team in Mobile, AL.
****THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE THAT CANNOT BE PERFORMED REMOTELY
SUMMARY: The IT Support Specialist will perform as the liaison between the organization and the IT vendor to provide support and technical expertise to both parties. The ideal individual will be a skilled communicator and multitasker and will have at least five years of experience operating and troubleshooting hardware performance components.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Resolve technical issues and test computer systems and components
- Maintain hardware and software installations
- Improve IT systems, troubleshoot software programs and repair as needed
- Communicate with staff and vendors to resolve any software/network/user issues
- Train staff on software or program updates
- Install and configure hardware and software
- Provide technical support to end-users
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years hardware engineering OR IT support experience
- Knowledge of the latest trends and technology in computer hardware.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Proficiency in hardware design and analysis software.
- Good communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical team members.
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
