SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor and excellent computer knowledge with the ability to excel in a client facing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming newly hired professionals and ensuring they accurately complete all necessary paperwork
- Preparing and distributing onboarding paperwork
- Coordinating front desk operations
- Handling calls and transferring them to extension/local numbers
- Collaborating with clients on their newly hired staff and onboarding needs
- Ensuring compliance with all processes and maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Communicating any relevant information to new client team members
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years' experience in office administration or customer service
- Microsoft Word & Excel experience REQUIRED
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Extensive computer knowledge, tech savvy
- Customer service skills, professional demeanor, and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
