SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will be skilled at communicating complex ideas and have some experience in sales or construction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct cold calls and respond to inquiries via phone.
- Meet with prospective clients throughout Baldwin County to discuss fencing options and provide quotes.
- Maintain an organized schedule and create estimates for projects.
- Visit project sites and coordinate tasks.
- Resolve any issues that arise during a project.
- Present estimates to clients in a timely manner.
- Keep customers informed throughout the project.
- Evaluate the success of each project.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in construction or outside sales is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively is crucial.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving history is necessary.
