FirstFour Staffing has partnered with a reputable telecommunications organization that is seeking to add a Sales Representative to their team in Daphne.
SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to drive new business and expand customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with prospective clients, and selling our suite of telecommunications solutions, including VoIP, internet, and networking services. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and prospect potential business clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
- Conduct on-site meetings with business owners and decision-makers to assess their telecommunications needs and present tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by following up with leads and nurturing client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing plans that align with client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing account management and support to existing clients to drive customer retention and upsell opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecommunications, technology, or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- Ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling way.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
Preferred
- Experience selling VoIP, internet, or managed IT services.
- Familiarity with networking and telecommunications infrastructure.
- Existing network of business contacts in the local market.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
