**Experienced PAs and NPs Needed for PRN Urgent Care Coverage in Central NC**
We are seeking qualified Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to provide PRN urgent care coverage in our Central North Carolina service area.
Position Highlights:
- Clinics operate from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, closed on four recognized holidays.
- Our facilities offer a full range of services, including imaging and diagnostic testing, on-site.
- Locations include Asheboro, Fayetteville, Hamlet, Pinehurst, Raeford, Sanford, Southern Pines, and Whispering Pines, NC.
- A minimum commitment of two shifts per month is required.
Qualifications:
- PAs must be graduates of an American Medical Association (AMA)-approved Physician Assistant program and hold National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification.
- NPs must be graduates of a nurse practitioner education program and hold national certification.
- A minimum of three years' experience treating all ages in an urgent care/emergency medicine setting is required; four or more years of experience is highly desired.
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion in decision-making.
- Required qualifications include a clean background, unrestricted NC PA/NP license, NC DEA registration, AHA BLS certification, and DOT certification.
