At the front desk, you'll provide exceptional service, ensure smooth operations, and create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Sign up members in Jonas Software.
- Schedule members for programming.
- Provide customer service to members and prospects.
- Accommodates members and guest with special needs as they enter and leave the center.
- Provides service and information to members and quests regarding membership and fees.
- Gives prospective members a tour of facility.
- Registers participants for various center programs, services and classes.
- Collects guest fees. Process cash, check and card transactions.
- Schedules appointments.
Qualifications
- High School graduate required.
- CPR/AED certification required.
- Knowledge and experience with the use of computers preferred.
- Customer service background required.
