Primary phone operator/greeter in a fast paced environment providing excellent customer service and assistance to all.
Responsibilities
Responsible for answering telephone calls through the switchboard, including emergency codes and alarms. Provides services to FirstHealth physicians and staff through overhead paging and the beeper system.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED. Prefer one to two years as a switchboard operator, receptionist or clerk that has worked with the public.
Have excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and distinctly. Must have ability to work efficiently, multi-task in a fast paced environment and remain calm under stress. Computer experience required. Good judgement.
