To assist 24/7 Director in every day business aspects of the center from customer service, group and personal training.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, personnel management ability, multi-task management skills, public speaking and interpersonal skills.
- He/She must have an understanding of the practical application of exercise in varying populations.
- Applicant will be required to work a 40 hour work week with a flexible schedule to work mornings, evenings, weekends.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education, Sports / Recreation management or related field required, Masters preferred.
Management/supervisory experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years working in a fitness setting.
- Nationally recognized exercise certification and CPR/AED required.
- Physical Requirements: Applicant must be able to effectively demonstrate all fitness equipment and exercises on both land and water.
- Must be able to input data into the computer in an accurate fashion.
- Must have the ability and confidence to speak clearly in regard to instructing customers.
