Support the Health and Wellness Manager and the Occupational Health Program Manager

- Ordering inventory and gathering supplies for onsite screenings
- Assist with scheduling staff for onsite events
- Data Entry after screening
- Maintain immunization records
- Input Health Screening data
- Assisting with Running Aggregate and Individual reports for screenings
- Mailing reports
- Placing internal referrals
- Scanning in appropriate documents in the correct EMR.
- Maintains patient records in Systoc and Epic
- Coordinating flow of onsite event when program manager is not there
- Coordinate with Lab the pickup and drop off blood with First Health lab or Mako
- Assist with billing for onsite events and overall billing functions
- Aid in training new employees on Systoc
- Creating Systoc employer profiles
- Processing mileage and expense reimbursement for OH team members
- Complete and/or participate CC and OH quality compliance audits
- Assist with Systoc daily audit log
- Assist Manager with any other duties as assigned
- Be expected to give immunizations (Influenza, Hep B, Tetanus, COVID)
- Take blood pressures or height and weight
- Train and preform Occupational duties such as Urine Drug Screens, Breath Alcohol, Audiometric testing, Spirometry/FIT testing
- CMA/LPN (preferable)
- 1 experience in Occupational Health/ Worksite Healthcare (preferable)
- 1 years of Epic experience
- 2 years working in the medical industry
- 2 years of customer service experience
