Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of FirstHealth Fitness, Pinehurst.
- Supervise and lead managers of fitness, customer service, kids center, group exercise, housekeeping, and aquatics.
- Directly manage customer service associates, exercise supervisor, aquatics manager, and special services manager.
- Develop and manage social media strategies and membership promotions.
- Respond to customer complaints, comments, and suggestions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- College degree required (significant experience in lieu of education accepted).
- Experience in supervising employees in the fitness field, retail business, or the resort & hotel industry.
- Proven social media management experience.
- Strong background in customer service.
