What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payment Support Specialist I position at FirstLight Federal Credit Union?

Responsible for effective and timely performance of member account support functions to include electronic funds transfers (EFT), automatic clearing house files (ACH), share draft files, wires funds transfers, returned mail processing and returned checks. Responds to member account related subpoenas. Researches, responds, and resolves inquiries and requests from members and engagement center/department personnel.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School Graduate or Equivalent
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: One (1) year of related experience in financial institution or general accounting.
