Home Health Aide

Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care in their homes or assisted living facilities. Your responsibilities will include helping clients maintain their independence while ensuring their safety and comfort.

Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with cooking as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Launder clothing and linens to ensure cleanliness.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs.
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.

Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred, particularly in assisted living or nursing home settings.
- Certification in CPR is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and their families.
- Ability to follow care plans and adhere to established systems for client care.
- Must be compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.

- Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
