We offer Competitive Pay at $18-$21/Hour and have the following Shift Need: Full and Part-Time Hours Available, Hiring for All Shifts, Weekday and Weekend Shifts Available.

What Does FirstLight Home Care Need from their Caregivers/Home Care Aides:
- Be A Certified Home Care Aide in the State of CA
- Have a Current TB Test
- Experience as a Caregiver
- Valid Driver’s License
- Your Own Reliable Transportation
- Auto Insurance
- Be At Least 18
- Willing To Submit to a Background Check
What You Will Do as a Caregiver/Home Care Aide with FirstLight Home Care:
- Provide Companionship, Emotional Support and Supervision to our Clients
- Assistance with ADL's
- Assistance with Personal and Grooming Care
- Assist with Transfers and Mobility
- Transporting Clients to Appointments/Errands (Client Dependent)
- Assisting with Meal Preparation/Feeding
- Light Housekeeping/Laundry, Etc
