Job Duties :
- Companionship
- Assistance with ADL's
- Assistance with bathing and toileting
- Running errands with the client or for the client
- Helping our clients have their best day ever
- Caregiving experience
- Registered Home Care Aide (we can show you how to renew / register if you need to)
- Current TB test or Chest X-Ray
- CPR Card
- Valid Driver's License and car insurance
- Caregivers-first mentality - Caregivers are the heart and soul of our company and we do what it takes to show appreciation and recognition for your hard work.
- 24 / 7 On-Call Staff Support - We’ll make sure you know what to do, where to go and that you have what you need to perform your job successfully. If you ever need anything while on shift our office staff is always available for your call.
- Paid Training - Comprehensive training will be provided before you care for any client. And we’ll match you with individuals you’re compatible with.
- Flexibility - We’ll do our best to provide flexible options that work with your schedule.
- Overtime Pay - We believe in fairly compensating our caregivers for their hard work. Therefore, we offer overtime pay for any shifts that exceed 8 hours.

Pay : $18.00-$21.00 per hour (DOE)
This franchise is independently owned and operated by a local franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this local office. All inquiries about employment at this location should be made directly to the franchisee, and not to the FirstLight Home Care Support Center.
Salary : $18 - $21
