The Elite Caregiver is our go to person in the event a caregiver who is scheduled to work is unable to. Our Elite Caregiver will cover any shift that needs to be covered within the Greater Dayton Area. If more than one shift is worked in one day, Additional mileage incentives may be offered at the discretion of the Direct Supervisor.
The On Call Caregiver will be on call for a full week - Monday through Friday 7am through 7pm and will be paid $400. If more than 40 hours worked, caregiver will be paid their regular stipend in addition to a pay rate of up to $18.00 per hour for additional hours worked.
This person will need to be available to FLHC weekly Monday through Friday 7am to 7pm. Must have a Valid Driver's License, 18 years of age or older, willingness to travel throughout the Greater Dayton area, Experience in Home health care including Personal care a must. This is guaranteed, consistent hours - some weeks Caregiver will be paid for working less than 40 hours and some weeks you may work a full 40 hrs.
