Caregiver - Sign on Bonus Available!!!!!

• $16-$20/hour starting

• We pay overtime @ $24-$28/hour

• Holiday pay @ $24-$28/hour

• 3 days of sick pay

• $100 sign-on bonus available (see below)

$100 Sign-on Bonus Qualifications:

• Active Home Care Aide Registry upon interview (If you do not have a HCA, we can help you obtain it if hired)

• TB Test or Chest Xray clearance

• Bonus will be paid after completion of first 40 hours worked

Referral Bonuses Available for bringing additional caregivers to FirstLight:

• $25 for each hire

• $50 more if the referred caregiver works 80 hours

• Another $50 if the referred caregiver works 160 hours

• $125 total bonus potential for EACH referral

HERE’S WHAT YOU’D DO AS A CAREGIVER:

• Personal care, meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders and light housekeeping

• Follow client care plan and provide updates to care coordinator as needed

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Two caregiving references or proof of previous caregiving experience (preferred)

• Proof of negative TB test - if you need it, we can help you get it!

• ID’s compliant with I-9 requirements

• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) – if not registered, we can help you get it!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• Home Care Aide Registry in California (Preferred)
