We are seeking an experienced CNA/Caregiver who can participate in our On Call program over evenings and weekends.
The On Call Caregiver will be provided with a company phone and will be responsible for answering client and caregiver calls after hours. The On Call Caregiver is responsible for making schedule adjustments according to calls, and problem solving as needs arise. The caregiver must be able to work shifts to fill gaps in the schedule when necessary for occurrences such as call offs, sick time, or new emergent clients. Therefore when taking on call shifts, the caregiver cannot be more than 30 minutes drive out of the work territory.
On Call Caregiver's receive a per diem pay of $20 per weeknight, $50 per weekend day, and hourly pay and mileage if they end up working a shift.
You must have a current CNA certificate with the state of Colorado.
