What does a FirstLight Caregiver do?
- Personal Care: Our Caregivers travel to client homes and personal care needs such as assisting with mobility, toileting, dressing bathing, feeding and medication reminders.
- Home Needs and Errand Services: They also assist clients with light housekeeping, meal prep and even run errands for them too.
- Companion Care: They aim to make a connection, build rapport, and provide companionship and social interaction with those they work with. They love helping and have a heart for those in need.
Job Requirements:
- Be compassionate, driven, and committed to helping others
- Have at least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience
- Have reliable transportation (car, driver’s license, and car insurance)
- Must pass a criminal background check and a 10-panel drug screening
- Have a negative TB test result
