We are searching for compassionate in-home caregivers to join our team that can offer quality companion and skilled personal care services for our clients, giving them the peace-of-mind that they'll get the help they need. We are proud to be one of the highest rated home care agencies in the Boston Area.
We’re currently looking for a caregiver who has a flexible schedule and are available to work full days up to 12 hour shifts. May involve driving clients to appointments/activities during shifts. Weekend availability is a must.
20.00 per hour
Caregiver responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with ADL's and IADL's
- Hands on Care
- Personal Care
- Experience with fall risk
- Companionship
- Meal Prep
- Incontinence Care
- Assist with toileting
- dressing for bed
- wheelchair to and from dinner
- companionship/activities

- Hoyer Lift Experience

The ideal candidate will have:
· Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
· A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
· A commitment to being present and providing quality care
· Empathy, patience, kindness and respect
· Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written
· Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
