Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at FirstLight Home Care. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain dignity and independence while ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health status to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks..
- Medication reminders as prescribed and assist with mobility needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or caregiving is preferred.
- Strong understanding of patient monitoring techniques and vital signs assessment.
- PCA/CNA/HHA Certification required
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized living space for clients.
