As a Home Health Aide at FirstLight Home Care, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, personalized care to clients in their homes. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Medication reminders
- Help clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at home.
Requirements
- Experience in caregiving or senior care is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Current CPR certification is a plus.
