Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Medication reminders as prescribed and monitor client health conditions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client needs.
- Document daily activities and changes in client condition accurately.
Requirements
- Experience in home care or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of patient care practices and medication administration.
- Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient monitoring techniques is a plus.
- Must be certified!
