Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Monitor client health by checking vital signs and reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their skills.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Requirements
- Experience in senior care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and families.
- Ability to perform basic health monitoring tasks such as checking vital signs.
- Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license may be required.
