AGENCY AND STATE REQUIREMENTS
- must have previous caregiving experience
- ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately
- strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

- able to get a valid home care aide license through the CDSS Guardian; we'll help you get it if you don't have one
- able to pass a background check
- able to provide a valid negative TB test
