FirstLight Home Care is Hiring caregivers in Lawton!
Do you want to make a difference in people's lives?
We are looking for Caregivers that have experience working with people that have Dementia. Caregiver/Patient care work experience is required. Weekend availability is a plus! Caregivers are needed in Lawton/Cache/Indiahoma area
Interviews will take place in Lawton. If hired, you MUST be able to come to our office in Oklahoma City one day for orientation (usually a Thursday)
Qualifications
- Proven experience in caregiving and patient care
- Knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures
- Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Experience in home and community care settings
- Familiarity with cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
- Background in long-term care or social work is a plus
- Strong observational skills to monitor patient well-being
