Requirements to Apply :

Be Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certified in New York.

Have worked with a NYS Home Care agency in the past two years.

Please note if you have not worked with a NYS agency for two years, HHA certifications expire.

Physical, Quantiferon or 2 PPD's from within one year, and MMR titers.

Be fluent in English.

Be compassionate.
