FirstLight is seeking an Elite Caregiver for a position covering locations in both Ohio and Kentucky. This role requires travel between these states for Client Coverage. The candidate must be available during specified hours to assist with administrative tasks in the office. Responsibilities also include providing on-call caregiving coverage when scheduled caregivers are unavailable.

2. Specialized Care Expertise:
Demonstrating in-depth knowledge and skills in specific care areas like dementia care, wound care, tracheostomy care, or ventilator management depending on client needs.
3. Companionship and Emotional Support:
Engaging clients in meaningful activities, providing conversation, listening attentively, respecting their wishes and boundaries, and creating a positive and supportive environment.
4. Advanced Communication:
