FirstLight Home Care of Oklahoma City, an independently owned & operated franchised business, is seeking an Inside Salesperson to help us continue to grow our business. FirstLight Home Care provides non-medical, in-home care to our clients who include: seniors, those recovering from surgery or illness, and clients with special needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building relationships with prospective clients via face-to-face contacts, phone calls, etc. to increase revenue.
- Work with other members of the FirstLight team (Scheduler, Office Manager, etc.) to monitor goals as they pertain to billable hours, number of clients, and/or revenue and report weekly on results and activities, revising strategy/plan as needed.
- Conduct all phone intake and in-person sales meetings with prospective clients
- Update prospects, clients and referral sources databases for contact and/or mailing lists
- Track efforts and review them with supervisor on a weekly basis
- Perform initial evaluation of services for potential clients
- Conduct in-home assessments to convert prospects into clients
- Answer incoming phone calls and contact leads quickly even outside normal business hours
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Prefer college degree along with two years related experience and/or training.
- Experience: Experience in home care or other service industry preferred.
- Skills: Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a positive, professional, business image.
Traits and Characteristics of a Successful Inside Salesperson:
- Possibly experienced in homecare/healthcare industry but not required
- Dynamic and energetic
- Passionate about working with people and building long term relationships
- Engaging, approachable and likeable. Able to connect and gain trust
- Able to handle rejection with resolve and not dejection
- Asking questions: Must learn and quickly understand how to dig deeper for business on every meeting, but do it in a softer, deliberate way without prospect feeling interrogated
- Organized, and systematic in their daily work life.
- Consistently outwork the competition.
